The quality of the fitting service, undertaken by our experienced and seasoned carpet fitters, has enabled us to improve service to our customers. Our fitters attend various courses to keep them up to date with the latest methods and products to ensure we have one of the best fitting services in the Island.

Do you have your own fitters?
Yes, we employ fully qualified fitters who are improving their skills on a regular basis with various courses to keep them up to date with the latest products & fitting methods. We also employ top quality experienced sub-contractors.
What do you offer me as a customer ?
We aim to be the first choice for customers by offering a wide range of carpets, rugs and vinyl flooring at reasonable prices with unrivalled customer service and a stress free, enjoyable experience.
What if you do not have what I want in stock ?
We use all the major manufacturers and we can usually have a carpet / flooring delivered and fitted within a couple of weeks. (Specially made / Bespoke items will take longer).
Do I have to measure the area myself ?
We offer a complete FREE Measuring and Estimating service. We could call at your property at a mutually convenient time that would suit your busy schedule.
Does the price include fitting ?, What if I want to fit it myself ?
We can give you a breakdown of costs to include / exclude fitting, we can even deliver the flooring to your door.
Do I have a choice of underlay ?
Yes, we have various qualities in stock, we can also advise which would best suite your requirements, samples are available in store
Can I take samples home ?
You can call in to the store and borrow samples or we can deliver them whilst measuring
Will I have to leave a deposit for the samples we take ?
We do not charge for the samples, we only require a name and contact telephone number
Do I have to pay for my new flooring in advance ?
No, We would normally only required a 50% deposit.
Do I have to move all the furniture ?
Whilst we would prefer the areas to be completely clear we do understand that this is not always possible. Our estimator would usually discuss the options whilst on site.
